Photo of the Month – September 2010
Capt. Kevin Smith got this wide-angle shot of a northwestern crow in Hartley Bay. As our guests toured the village, this crow hopped aboard the Maple Leaf and was standing at the galley entrance, considering a quick trip down to where chef Lila’s snack sat. Unluckily for the crow, Kevin intervened with his Canon 30D and engaged the bird on deck. Note the crisp feathers on the photo’s right side.
